Place Trash Outside
Resident will place tied bagged trash and recycling outside the door.
Collecting the Trash
During TopTier's service hours, the residents' trash will be collected.

Hauling Trash
TopTier Report/Inspection
TopTier will deliver all trash collected to the on-site disposal and recycling areas. TopTier will also clean any loose debris.
TopTier will send a service photo of buildings, units, and the disposal site to confirm pickup and also report any violations. A report will be sent to the property manager upon completion and any necessary information.
